Requirements to be met in case of exchange or return

  • The item may not have been used, washed, or damaged (the customer has the right to try the shoe to test the size and shape, but can not use it, we suggest that shoes be tried on a smooth surface; li>
            

  • The article should be in its original packaging;
            

  • The product must be complete;
            

  • Returns of products that have been tampered with or show signs of use will not be accepted.

    After receiving the order the customer has a period of 30 days to return, or to exchange his article.

    To make your exchange or return an order online you should:

        Log in to your account;

          Go to the “Order history” section;

            Select your order;

              Select Collection address;

                Click on return / change and follow the steps.

                We only accept exchanges of the same model and color, and the customer can not exchange for another article different from the original, so the exchanges are only allowed in relation to the number of the shoe. The expenses resulting from the exchange will be free only in the exchange of the first order, so the subsequent exchanges and associated costs will be borne by the customer.

                In case of return, the refund will be processed on the following days through the same payment method used in the purchase.

                Once the order is received, Shoes to Choose will review the item’s storage status, and once the return is approved, the customer will receive the amount in the same mode in which he made his purchase.

                After receiving a return, we will send an email that the refund will be processed and depending on the method of payment, the refund may take up to 15 days.
                When making the payment through the ATM and wish to return the article we request the shipment of your IBAN, because without this information we will not be able to transfer the amount.

                Delivery Times
                The online store does not have its own stock, therefore we can only ship orders between 30 and 45 days after the order is received.
                We deliver from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
                If you are not in the right place to receive the order, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox with the carrier contact so you can reschedule the delivery.
